Rich manages Atlantic States Territory out of our Northeast Office. Rich has been a member of the Capital Review Group team from the beginning. He has worked as a teacher and administrator in education. Rich has owned several small businesses, which allows him to understand the rigors and demands of commercial ventures. Rich brings a uniquely blended life and a variety of life experiences to the table when introducing a menu of opportunities to his clients and their advisers. His insistence on quality products and client-centered services has made him a well-respected and accomplished leader in his areas of expertise. He works with CPAs, and commercial clients to help reduce state and federal taxes through a variety of proven strategies. Additionally, he assists public and not-for-profit agencies in long-term capital planning for building maintenance and health.

Charles C. Duncan

Pacific Northwest

Chuck manages the Northwest Territory out of our office in the Seattle area. A long time resident of Washington, Chuck went to CRG Washington State University in Pullman where he studied Construction Theory and Management in the Engineering Department. He went on to work in the IT and Communications industry for a number of years for companies like Cray Research, Sun Microsystems and AT&T Mobility. Glad to be back in a construction related field Chuck has a good understanding of the drivers that influence not only how business is done but how it is changing the Northwest landscape.

Brittany Shulman

Brittany Shulman manages the Southwest and Midwest territories out of CRG’s Phoenix office. With an extensive background in real estate and finance, Brittany brings a keen understanding of acquisition and disposition, fundraising, sales, marketing, asset management, and operations through both principal and managerial lenses. She previously worked with the leading multifamily brokerage team at Colliers International. During her tenure there, she helped develop their Lead Generation Division before moving to the investment and development side of the commercial real estate spectrum.

Brittany has overseen the rehabilitation of historic restoration and value-add projects across the country and has been involved in over $150 million in transactions. She also has experience in commercial litigation and business law. Her diverse range of expertise lends her the ability to integrate real estate, finance, communication and strategy consulting for CRG clients.

Brittany is originally from Arizona, where she earned her bachelor’s degree in Urban Planning from Arizona State University. She currently holds her real estate license in the State of Arizona, as well as securities licenses 22 & 63.

Jessica Gonzalez

Project Engineer/Operations

Jessica Gonzalez received her Associates in Accounting in Applied Science and Bachelor in Science and Information from Kaplan University in 2014. With over a decade of experience in the gaming and hospitality industry, Jessica began her career as Project Coordinator at Gypsum Construction before branching into the Accounting field. With professional experience including accounts payable, fixed assets, project accounting, and capital assets, and management of Capital Projects including hospitality, commercial and residential. Jessica joined Capital Review Group in 2014 as Senior Project Engineer.

Kevin M. Holt

Accounting

Kevin M. Holt is the National Program Director at Capital Review Group. Mr. Holt concentrates on identifying new tax savings and energy efficiency strategies for clients through numerous research channels. Additionally Mr. Holt focuses his time on maintaining Capital Review Group’s internal systems and administrative processes ensuring that the firm is always functioning to its highest productivity level. Mr. Holt’s diverse background in finance and research assists the firm in their quest of being an energy solutions leader in a constantly changing environment.

Jordan has built and led a successful tax and accounting firm with offices in Phoenix and Seattle. After selling his accounting firm, Jordan shifted his exclusive tax focus to working with Capital Review Group partners and clients. Jordan brings extensive knowledge of IRS code and specific ways to enhance the overall financial picture of clients. The partnership of Jordan’s skillset with Arbor’s wealth services provides unique planning opportunities for business owners.

Jake Ulrich

Jake is a licensed insurance agent and Investor Advisor Representative. After attending Arizona State University, he spent more than a decade honing his skills across a variety of banking sectors, including management of multiple bank locations. Serving as Arbor’s Chief Compliance Officer, Jake ensures the highest fiduciary standards are upheld.
