CRG set to participate in the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) International’s 2012 Every Building Conference and Expo, June 24-26th in Seattle

Capital Review Group will be staking out a spot in the Green Pavilion at the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) International’s 2012 Every Building Conference and Expo, June 24-26^th at the Washington State Convention Center in Seattle.  CRG’s booth (#1324) will be supporting BOMA’s position as the industry leader in sustainability and energy efficiency.

BOMA International Chair, Boyd R. Zoccola, explains, “This year’s trade expo – and the Green Pavilion and ENERGY STAR Showcase in particular – will highlight our industry suppliers’ most cutting-edge technologies, solutions and services, all of which serve to maximize our buildings’ sustainability…The Green Pavilion helps bring these efforts – and experts – together, in one place, making it easier than ever for Expo visitors to learn how to create an effective sustainability plan.”

We are prepared to meet with BOMA members to share our energy and incentives expertise,  and talk about how to identify whether their facility qualifies for “green” building incentives and tax benefits under §179D of EPAct.  We will also be highlighting our third party certification services for §179D qualification.

CRG is pleased to do our part in helping Expo attendees gather the knowledge and resources necessary to maximize asset performance and increase profitability through green tax incentives, energy tax credit deductions, and energy strategies.
